When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 business days after your purchase. You will receive a tracking number that will let you know as soon as your item is on its way!
How do I care for my Rikers Ranch Hat?
In general, avoid getting your hat wet, store in a dry, cool place, and use a soft brush to keep it clean.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, We only ship within the United States, But we're working on expanding soon. Follow us on Tiktok @rikersranch for updates!
Are your hats made in the USA?
Our hats are proudly made and designed in the USA with a focus on quality and southern heritage. Every hat is embroidered and packaged right here at home!

Will sold-out hats be restocked?
We will have Limited Edition drops that once they sell out may never come back, As well as regular drops that we will keep a steady stock on! Sign up for our email list or follow us on Tiktok @rikersranch so you never miss a drop!
What sizes do your hats come in?
All of our hats are one size fits most, with an adjustable strap or snapback for a custom fit. If you have specific sizing concerns , feel free to reach out before ordering.
Do you accept custom hat orders?
At the moment, we don't offer one-off custom designs - but we're always open to collaborations or special projects. Shoot us an email at rikersranch@gmail.com with your idea!
Can I change or cancel my order after its placed?
We move fast! If you need to make a change, email us at rikersranch@gmail.com within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order. After that, we cant guarantee changes since your hat may already be in production.
